Synopsis:

Alex the lion is the king of the urban jungle: he's the star attraction at New York's Central Park Zoo. Like his best friends, Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe and Gloria the hippo, Alex has spent his entire life in blissfully ignorant captivity, well fed and in a cage with a great view of the park.
