Barcelona is also a benchmark in the world of fashion. The city has a long tradition in this sector and its creativity allows local brands to be promoted internationally. In the next session of the Moments Estel·lars cycle, organised by the digital newspaper The New Barcelona Post, the journalist Toni Aira will talk to two prominent businesswomen who have managed to position their brands in the world from Barcelona: Rosa Tous, corporate vice-president of the jewellery group, and Inés Arroyo, founder and creative director of the fashion firm Laagam. They will reflect on the health of the sector in the city, trends in the consumption of their products and strategies for internationalising brands, among other issues.
