Borja Vilaseca will visit the CASA SEAT auditorium to present his latest book: "Ama tu soledad. Muchas veces la mejor compañía la encuentras estando solo". This is an essay in which he reflects in depth on this emotion, which, although it can be experienced as painful, can be an ally for personal growth. During the meeting, Vilaseca will offer his recommendations for avoiding the fear of loneliness, not needing others to feel fulfilled and thinking that we are never completely alone despite not having anyone by our side.
