Maria Torres Melgares is a saxophonist from Terrassa based in the United States, whose performances have captivated audiences on both sides of the Atlantic with her passion and melancholic yearning. Thanks to her talent and dedication, she has received over twenty international awards, in addition to winning the second edition of ImpulsACIMC, a competition recognizing young classical music performers from Catalunya.
