'Regenerations: China and Spain in the Mirror' brings two countries into dialogue around a shared question: how can we transform the cities we've inherited to meet the challenges of the present? Through an immersive audiovisual installation, models, photographs and two large screens, the exhibition takes you through real projects of rehabilitation, reuse and "urban acupuncture" developed in Spain and China over the last decade.

On this guided tour, our team will take you through the exhibition, offering context and insights to help you better understand the projects on display and the ideas that connect them. An opportunity to dive deeper into this exhibition, curated by Li Xiangning and Manuel Blanco, as part of Barcelona 2026 World Capital of Architecture.
