In 2015, the UN passed its 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development, which includes 17 goals (SDG) to improve the lives of people all over the world before this decade is over. SDG 11 targets the problems arising from a growing population in urban areas. This event features journalist Esther Sardans, who will explain some background on the challenges of this SDG, and sustainability experts Noemí Salas and Valeria Olivari, who will debate on the projects and solutions proposed by various players and countries, giving their opinions and tips for making Barcelona a more sustainable city.
