La Armada Invencible (Seix Barral) is the title of Antonio Ortuño's latest novel and the book we will talk about in the November session of Cafés Literarios. Barry Dávila, a 40-year-old obsessed with getting his heavy and thrash band back together, is the protagonist of a story that portrays the history of a brotherhood of musicians who suffer the weight of the decisions that led them to a routine life with the smell of defeat. The writer and literary critic Jorge Carrión will talk with the author about this title in which the dreams of youth and the sky is the limit face the cruel roller of the passage of time and the weight of reality.
