Magic Days are here!

From December 1,  CASA SEAT will become a Christmas village full of colours, scents and figures designed by the master pastry chef Christian Escribà.

The decoration will grace every corner of the building. On the ground floor, you’ll find Santa Claus’ house, with his loyal companion Rudolph, while the first floor will become his garage with a CUPRA sleigh full of gifts. At “Menosuno”, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a Christmas adventure through a virtual reality experience for the whole family (recommended for children over 6 years old).

Plus, don’t miss out on the advent calendar on the façade created by the urban artist TVBoy. A tribute to Barcelona that we’ll discover with the opening of a new window every day.

Finally, you can round out the experience with hot chocolate and churros and special menus in our restaurant.

For the convenience of our visitors, access will be by reservation through our website. However, it will also be possible to enter without a ticket, queuing on arrival.

What are the Magic Days opening hours?

Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.

Is it open on holidays?

CASA SEAT will be open on 6 and 8 December.
CASA SEAT will be open on Sundays 3, 10 and 17 December.
CASA SEAT will be CLOSED on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December.
CASA SEAT will be CLOSED on 1 and 6 January.
CASA SEAT will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on 5 January.

Do you have to book in advance to visit Magic Days?

It is not necessary, as we will set up a queue for people without tickets. We recommend you to attend in the mornings, from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, to avoid possible queues.

Do you have to have a ticket?

No, we will have a queue for people without tickets, although people who booked ahead will have priority. The wait will depend on the flow of people and occupancy at that time.

Is it free?

Yes, there is no charge to visit our Magic Days.

I can only book 6 tickets, but there are more people in our group. Can we all go in together?

Each person can only book up to 6 tickets on the platform. But you can use more than one email address to get more or just wait in the queue for people without advance tickets. 

Can we see Father Christmas?

Father Christmas will be here through 23 December during the following hours:

Weekdays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Weekends and holidays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
On 21, 22 and 23 December from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

From 27 December, a Royal Page will collect the children’s letters every day we are open from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Can I book a table for lunch/dinner in the restaurant?

Yes, you can book for lunch or dinner at the CASA SEAT restaurant on any of these days. Check availability on this link: https://www.casa.seat/en/restaurant

Does the restaurant serve churros and hot chocolate?

Yes, you can get them without reservation to take away and/or eat them in the CASA SEAT restaurant. From 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

I have a restaurant booking. Do I have to queue to get in?

If you have a booking at the CASA SEAT restaurant, you don’t have to queue to enter. Just show your booking confirmation at the entrance. 

I booked the wrong tickets. Can I change the date of my tickets?

No, you must cancel your tickets. To cancel your tickets you must go to "Personal Area", once there in the purchase section you will see the tickets you have booked. Click on "See details" and once you are redirected to the details of your ticket, click on "Cancel", confirm that you want to cancel the purchase and a message will appear stating that the purchase has been cancelled correctly.
