The next session of the cycle 'Moments Estel·lars', organized by 'The New Barcelona Post', will address the ins and outs of municipal management from the hand of three key figures for the Catalan capital: the current manager of the City Council, Laia Claverol; her predecessor and now Minister of Presidency of the Generalitat, Albert Dalmau, and Constantí Serrallonga, who led the municipal machinery a decade ago and since then continues to mark the present and future of the city from the general direction of Fira de Barcelona.
