On July 3 at CASA SEAT, Enrique Tomás and the Hermanos Torres will be our special guests, sharing their knowledge of Barcelona's gastronomic success and how it boosts our city's international reputation. Alongside them, journalist Toni Aira will lead a conversation on the impact of food and the Mediterranean diet on the positioning of our city brand.

Does the gastronomic tourist exist, what is his or her profile, find out the answers to these questions and much more! We will explore how such an emblematic product as Iberian ham is built and projected to the world from Barcelona. In addition, we will analyse the synergies between great chefs and food companies, highlighting the close relationship between the weight of the food industry in Catalonia and the success of the gastronomic sector.
