The Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, through La Casa de la Arquitectura (ES_ARQ), brings 'Regenerations: China and Spain in the Mirror' to Barcelona, an exhibition that puts two countries in dialogue around a shared question: how can we transform the inherited city to meet the challenges of the present?

Rehabilitation, reuse and "urban acupuncture". Architects from Spain and China share real projects through an immersive audiovisual installation where they appear life-size, explaining their work in their own words. Models, photographs and two large screens complete a journey through the landscape of regeneration in both countries over the last decade.

An exhibition curated by Li Xiangning and Manuel Blanco, promoted as part of Barcelona 2026 World Capital of Architecture.
