Within the framework of the exhibition 'Football. Art. Icons' by CASA SEAT, we would like to share with you experiences on how to encourage talent and women's football. The goal is to continue empowering the new generations of girls who want to dedicate themselves to sports.

Patricia Guijarro, professional football player; Amancay Moreels, Founder of ARROW and Laia Coll, journalist and narrator of FC Barcelona women's matches on RAC 1, will talk about the importance of anticipating the professional stages after a high-level competition, they will analyze what are the challenges and obstacles that still exist in Spain to be a professional football player and they will dedicate part of the session to discussing how to prepare their post-football professional life and promote other skills and concerns outside of it.

The talk will be moderated by Clara Montes, an expert consultant in Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion and founder of TEDxBarcelonaWomen.
