January 28
7:00 pm
DAMA and Serielizados return to CASA SEAT with a new cycle of The Making of DAMA, a series of meetings with creators and professionals from the audiovisual industry to discover the ins and outs and more unknown aspects of the world of series.
The third session of The Making of DAMA will focus on the translation and dubbing of humour in series and will be attended by Masumi Mutsuda (Dubbing actor: Fleabag, Desencanto), Paula Mariani (Translator: Arrested Development, The Great) and Marta Barbará (Director and Dubbing Actress), who, through some scenes, will analyse the process that leads to a joke in the original language also making us laugh when we see it in our own language.
Come and meet and learn from two real masters of translation and dubbing!
